A Big Investment

So I’ve been trying really hard to learn about how other places are fixing their problems, and this seems like the perfect solution! I mean seriously, think of how many jobs we can create while also making a totally great meal for like a whole city! YES WE CAN! LET’S GET LASAGNA!
